Garden After The Frost

The kitchen garden has been hit by several frosts, yet we still have much to harvest. I found some butternut squash, two pie pumpkins and a branywine tomato. We also still have a good selection of herbs (parsley, fennel, thyme, sage, chives) carrots, beets, scallions, Jerusalem artichokes, horseradish, broccoli shoots, kale, brussel sprouts, swiss chard, collards, parsnips even a few raspberries and alpine strawberries.
