Cottage Cheese Herb Bread

Saturday, I had a list of errands and cleaning to do. This was my favorite chore. Early in the morning, I dumped some flour into warm water, added a little yeast, mixed it , covered it and continued with other projects until much latter. When I finally got back to it, the yeast was causing the slurry to bubble. I added salt, some leftover cottage cheese, garlic powder and dried basil. I gave it a short kneading , shaped two loves, let it rise a bit and popped it into a hot oven until golden
